SQL Server script license
These terms apply to the downloadable SQL Server DBA scripts. They are separate from the general website terms.
Permitted internal use
You may download, execute, and modify the scripts for your personal work or for the internal operations of the organization for which you perform that work.
Notice preservation
You must preserve the copyright and license notice in every copy and modified version.
No redistribution
You may not redistribute, republish, sublicense, sell, resell, or otherwise make the scripts or modified versions available to third parties. You may not include them in another distributed product, public repository, training package, code library, or hosted service.
No warranty or liability
The scripts are provided as is, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for claims, damages, data loss, service interruption, lost profit, or other loss arising from use of the scripts.
No support obligation
The author has no obligation to provide support, maintenance, updates, fixes, or compatibility work.
